Kreso is an experienced and results-focused operator and executive that has delivered bottom-line impact in banking, capital markets and wealth management roles throughout his career. He has also invested in and advised fintech companies.
Most recently, he was CAO for Corient Private Wealth, where he developed finance function, integrated multiple RIA acquisitions and built out finance technology platform. Before that, he delivered results in senior roles with Bridgewater Associates and Deutsche Bank and manager role at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Kreso holds B.A. in Economics from Hamilton College, MBA from New York University and is NY State CPA. Kreso also chairs the board of directors of national non-for-profit Working in Support of Education focusing on financial literacy and college and career readiness; he is also the chair of ACAP Foundation, American-Croatian non-for- profit organization.

Brandon is a finance and technology leader with more than a decade of experience across leveraged finance, investment management, and software engineering.
Brandon worked in investment banking and commodities trading. He contributed to investment transactions totaling more than $1 billion and supported investment portfolios representing more than $10 billion in assets.
Most recently, Brandon founded Akyla.ai, an AI automation and data platform serving asset management and finance teams. He specializes in development of data infrastructure, financial analytics, and AI-powered workflows.
Brandon is a CFA charter holder and holds master’s degrees in analytics from the University of Chicago and applied mathematics from the University of Washington.

Russell is a technology and operations leader with nearly a decade of experience across strategy consulting, private wealth, and SaaS. He specializes in helping organizations execute transformational strategies, modernize operating models, and build scalable platforms for sustained growth.
Most recently, he served as Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Corient Private Wealth, directing technology strategy and operations for an rapidly expanding enterprise. In this role, Russell oversaw major transformation initiatives, including insourcing IT operations, standardizing job architecture, and seamlessly integrating major RIA acquisitions.
Prior to Corient, Russell spent over five years at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, delivering large-scale cost transformations that generated material value for the clients. Russell holds B.A. in Mechanical Engineering from Duke and MBA from Duke Fuqua School of Business.
